At Candy Claws, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used nail lacquers and adhesive tools cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
